Priority Shipping

Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery only is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Priority Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship within the next two business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Perfumes and colognes may not be available for Express Shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Delivery Time

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following:

• Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
• Standard orders placed by 12:00 pm ET will be shipped within 2 business days, unless express or overnight shipping is selected.

U.S. Territories

Thecozyshoppe.com ships to the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply.

International Customers

For our international customers, international shipping rates apply.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Address Validation

To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.

Shipping From Different Vendors

There are times when we will have our vendors drop-ship our merchandise for us. In these cases, your order may be shipped separately from multiple locations. We will try to indicate this in your order confirmation where applicable.
